These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the credatrixa.com website, owned by Credatrixa S.A.S. By accessing the site you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Purpose of the site

credatrixa.com aims to present institutional information about real estate crowdlending in Argentina and to allow subscription to a distribution list. The site does not constitute a public offering of securities or financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.

You agree to use the site in good faith, in accordance with the law, morality and public order. It is forbidden to perform actions that may damage, overload or impair the normal functioning of the site, or attempt to access restricted areas.

All site content (texts, images, brands, logos, designs) is owned by Credatrixa or by third parties who have authorised its use. Its reproduction, distribution or modification is forbidden without prior written authorisation.

5. Newsletter subscription

By completing the subscription form you consent to receive electronic communications related to real estate crowdlending projects, sector news and content prepared by Credatrixa. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link included in each communication.

6. Information about projects

Information about real estate projects is for illustrative purposes. Final conditions, risks and economic terms are presented within the formal processes provided for by applicable regulations. All investment in real estate projects involves risk and non-guaranteed returns.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credatrixa will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site or the impossibility of using it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. The changes will take effect from their publication on this same site. We recommend reviewing this section periodically.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute the parties submit to the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum or jurisdiction.
