At Credatrixa S.A.S. (hereinafter "Credatrixa", "we") we take the privacy of the people who interact with our website credatrixa.com very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes which personal data we collect, the purposes for which we process it, how long we keep it and your rights as a data subject, in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and the rules issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. What data we collect
We collect the data you provide through the subscription form (name and email address) and technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and time spent) collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to: send you communications about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina; manage your newsletter subscription; analyse the use of the site to improve it; comply with legal obligations; and respond to enquiries you send us.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your free, express and informed consent, given when filling in the form and accepting this policy. You may withdraw it at any time without this affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
5. Retention period
We keep your data as long as your subscription is active and, once you unsubscribe, for an additional period of up to 24 months to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations. Browsing data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share it with providers that supply us email, hosting and analytics services, subject to contractual confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when there is a legal requirement.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the Argentine Republic. In such cases we ensure that appropriate safeguards exist under current AAIP regulations.
8. Your rights

10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. We will publish the current version on this same site, indicating the date of the last update.
